Dude! When she's ready to really start climbing let me know...I'll teach her the basics. Not that I consider myself a rock climber or anything, but I did teach rock climbing to 6th graders at camp. I know the ropes well enough (no pun intended). I can tie a pretty damn fine figure 8 on a byte. She can be my protege. :-)
